Quality Policy

It is the policy of Marlings Limited to provide existing and potential customers with a range of products and services that are reliable, compliant with agreed specifications and consistent with their expectations.

In order to fulfil this policy, Marlings Ltd will operate a Quality Management System (QMS) that meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008. The QMS system will assist in the prompt detection of quality deficiencies and ensure timely analysis, correction and prevention.

The Board of Directors and Senior Management team will regularly review the effectiveness and the suitability of both the QMS and Quality Objectives.

Quality objectives may be found in the company’s Quality Assurance Manual and Management review records.

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining the company’s Quality Management system and will ensure full compliance with BS EN ISO 9001:2008 requirements.

All Marlings Ltd personnel have a clear responsibility for the provision of quality products and services and will be encouraged to pursue programmes of continuous improvement.

This Policy will be displayed on selected notice boards throughout the company’s premises.

Marlings Ltd’s Quality Policy is mandatory and may not be changed without the formal authorisation of the Quality Assurance Manager and the approval of the Group Managing Director.
